Most supplements are a waste of money. They are rarely bioavailable - meaning your body doesn't actually absorb the nutrients in the pill - and oftentimes are far from the correct dosage, especially when combined in multivitamins. At the same time, because our cropland soil is so depleted of nutrients, it may be beneficial to include a select few supplements in your daily routine.
