For months, Erica thought she was losing her mind.

She was experiencing debilitating symptoms - rage, depression, severe brain fog, and a sense that she was on the verge of a mental breakdown. She had no idea that what she was experiencing could be connected to perimenopause until she received a diagnosis from a specialist by happenstance.
